EtonHouse Tech & Media Demos
We Created This Web Page For EtonHouse To Demo The Unique Features Of Our Virtual Tours
Rather than simply talk about tech and media, we thought we would help you to experience them first hand. We will walk you through all the components that go into our virtual tours and make them quite unique. Below you will find an explanation of the different components and examples of each.
1. Demo Of A “Mock” EtonHouse Virtual Tour
No, we haven’t scanned one of your campuses yet, but we have embedded some of your content, branding, videos, etc into an existing virtual tour so that you and get an approximation of what it could look like. Please note that we have only edited the first part of the tour with EtonHouse content, so that is the area that you will be able to explore in this tour. After entering the school, please explore the links/tags in the parents’ area and the reception area, and then make your way to the first classroom on the right. Please note the following:
-Branding in the menu and logos in the tour
-Nearly every element of this tour can be customised
-English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean menus (just click on “Language” in the menu to change)
-Menu can start open, or start closed (right now it is set to open)
-When in the demo classroom, please note the EtonHouse content, video, ads, and even kids’ artwork that we can add virtually. These elements can even be updated for special events.
2. Demo of an existing virtual tour
The following virtual tour of a small campus will give you a good idea of what can be done with our virtual tours. Please take the time to explore all of the classrooms, or just take the easy way and click on the space links in the menu.
3. Data is more powerful when it looks good
We work with a data reporting tool that can pull data from about 70 sources, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc and display the data in real time in a way that makes it very easy to understand and act upon. We can create one of these data boards for each of your school tours so that you can see the number and length of visits, the number of visitors that contacted admissions, or any number of variables that are important for you to track. Note: the example below is from an Open House that we created for one of our clients in India. It is pulling data from GoogleSheets, Google Analytics, and Facebook.
4. A video tour that guides the viewer through your campus
Central to our virtual tours is a series of short videos that guide the viewer through your campus. These are crucial to present the people and personalities that make your school special. Spaces and campuses are important for prospective families to view, but not as important as people are. These short videos help you to highlight the important people that families and students will be interacting with on a daily basis. These videos give the tour personality and a human touch. Below you will find compilations of tours we have done (we have done more than 30 so far in Singapore and Hong Kong) but when these are used in your tour, they will be broken up into short segments and placed in the spaces that they were filmed in.
5. Videos as marketing tools
We learned early on in our school marketing career that videos need to be more than just pretty pictures. We work with tech platforms that turn videos into marketing machines. Our videos are interactive tools to help you connect with your prospective families. Using a variety of different tech platforms, we can place HubSpot forms right inside videos so that you can “gate” videos by forcing viewers to sign up to watch the video or you can place the form at the end. We can create buttons that live inside videos that lead the viewer to any web page you want. We create end pages that have a call to action. We can lead viewers to watch select videos next.
