Videos as marketing tools
We learned early on in our school marketing career that videos need to be more than just pretty pictures. We work with tech platforms that turn videos into marketing machines. Our videos are interactive tools to help you connect with your prospective families. Using a variety of different tech platforms, we can place forms right inside videos so that you can “gate” videos by forcing viewers to sign up to watch the video or you can place the form at the end. We can create buttons that live inside videos that lead the viewer to any web page you want. We create end pages that have a call to action. We can lead viewers to watch select videos next. We can incorporate HubSpot (which now has an inexpensive Starter level) to build hugely on the marketing functions of leads captured on your website.
Social Media Videos
Once we have created marketing videos for your school, we can repurpose that footage to create short videos for social media. Note the interesting sizes that we sometimes to for specific social media channels. Works great for viewing on phones!
Graphic Design
We have a lot of experience in this area and we have a fantastic designer on staff. We usually work on design projects as part of a longer term retainer, but we could look into project work as well if needed.

MONTHLY MARKETING RETAINERS
We used to work with clients only on a project by project basis. During covid, we have started working with clients in a new way as well – monthly retainers. This is just an alternative way to work, but some clients have found it very helpful.
What is entailed is setting aside a certain number of hours per month and we work within that structure to help the school with nearly anything that they need at that time. What this does is allows huge flexibility in the scope of work and also adds an important element of stability to the work. Together, we set long term goals to help the school get to where it wants to be over time. For example, we can help “lift” a school’s social media presence with design, planning, and strategy, and then hand it back to them after a semester. We can help run a whole new project that would take too much time for your in-house staff to do (such as a web redesign, promoting a new program, etc).
Our focus now is working on this video project, but if there is interest in retainers in the future, we can discuss options and ideas.
