[PODCAST] The Role of a Private School Chief Experience Officer
Mishel Gantz, Chief Experience Officer, grew student enrollment through a relational approach to marketing.

What makes a school marketing strategy effective? In this InspirED podcast, Rob Norman talks with Mishel Gantz, who is currently the Director of Enrollment at Synapse School in Menlo Park, California.

SchoolHouse Summary: When Mishel Gantz was faced with the challenge of growing enrollment to reach full capacity, her innovative marketing skills kicked into gear. She approached her challenge by cultivating deeper and meaningful relationships with every stakeholder while personalizing their experiences to delight and motivate them. As Chief Experience Officer of Watershed School, an independent school in Boulder, CO, Mishel surveyed the unique experiences of every stakeholder from student, to parent, to board member, to teachers. Listening to the experiences of these stakeholders helped her understand how each of their needs were being met, and where there were gaps to fill.

She says, “I wanted to be sure the teachers were having the best experience that they could have. Because it makes a huge difference in how they go out into the world and talk about the school.”
